I am back...I have been running my miles, but not blogging them. Sorry for the lack of miles we could have. Here are my miles though for the last two weeks and I will add this weeks later. I love to run, I love the challenge of pushing my body, without sports, running is the only way to challenge the physical endurance I can have. Of course it isn't much haha but I love to feel the challenge.
